Self Sessions – a space for self connection and self discovery while in community.
Each gathering centers around an intentional theme in order to spark connection, inner reflection and self expansion. Along with our founder + Executive Coach, Megan Shekleton, each event will be co-facilitated with different visionaries in the Austin community and beyond.
With each gathering, we want to create an inclusive and accessible space for growth, self curiosity, and meaningful connection with others and ourselves. We want you to walk away from each event feeling more connected to yourself and others and empowered with practical tools for growth.
This event’s theme — Cultivating connection through journaling
In our first gathering, we will be focusing on deepening our self connection through a journaling practice. Join us in a conversation and journaling exercise to deepen your relationship with yourself.
Bring your journals and get ready to gain insights and engage in conversations and exercises to form a deeper self connection through the powerful practice of journaling. Our Self Session gatherings are intentionally curated to allow you to authentically connect with yourself and others.
Self transformation should feel fun and community-centric, and we want you to walk away with tools to inspire your growth and new community connections to actively level-up together.
You will love this event if you are –
Desire guidance and actionable advice for growth and deeper well-being
Excited to hear the real-real story behind someone’s journey - including the wins and challenges along the way
Curious to make new connections – no surface, dull networking vibes here!
Believe that self growth can be fun and community-centric – we can be playful and intentional in expanding into the best version of ourselves. And, when we grow, others do too.

About our visionary facilitators —
Shana Rehwald
Throughout Shana’s decade-long career working in social media and marketing, she helped build brands like Alo Yoga and Grayson.
At 30 years old, the dream life she built, while coveted by others, had started to burn her out. Pouring herself into a journey of self-discovery and purpose led to her leaving her marriage and her established corporate career path in the same year and shortly after becoming an accidental entrepreneur.
Her seminal product, the Me-est Me Journal launched in 2021 with high acclaim and has helped over 5000 people over 17 countries build self-awareness, quiet the noise of the world, and embrace short-term discomfort to move towards their truest desires. The Me-est Me Journal has been featured in the LA Times, Who What Wear, NY Mag, and was voted one of the best-guided journals in Shape Magazine. Shana also oversees the Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute's FoundHER Program where she helps cultivate current and future entrepreneurs out of UT Austin.
